Hi, thank you for asking. Maintenance Margin is the amount of funds which must be maintained in order to continue holding a position. In the U.S., the rules of the listing exchanges specify the maintenance margin requirements on security transactions subject to SEC approval. The exchange minimum maintenance margin requirement for long stock positions is currently set at 25% although brokers can add any amount of a ‘house margin’ requirement in excess of that, particularly where the security is considered low-priced or subject to volatile price changes. The exchange minimum maintenance margin requirement for short stock positions is currently set at 30%. You can monitor your margin values in real time using your TWS/Mosaic Account Window. Clients can receive interest on settled positive cash balances. The interest rate is dependent on several factors such as your ARC pricing structure (Pro versus Lite), the overall value of your account, and currency. ARC accrues interest daily and posts actual interest monthly on the third business day of the following month on the Activity Statement under the NAV section. Please note that interest will not be payable on the first USD 10,000 (or the equivalent value in other currencies) of uninvested cash balances. Hi, Where can I find out more information on the MTD interest and Maintenance Margin. I don’t understand where they came from. Why do I have negative MTD interest? Also the currencies section is a bit confusing. I am trading in HKD which it’s the only currency I can use when adding funds. But the currency section shows the totals in HKD, USD and CAD. I cannot see any details related to a currency, so I am not clear if they are related to the stocks I traded or it’s a currency conversion. The worst is it shows negative numbers, so I am not sure if I need to do anything with them.

Hi, I would like to know if in positions there is a chance to see total P&L (total in $ or %) for each position as I only see column for P&L (which is daily). I find this column to be very important to see if my investment is succesful or not since the purchase. Thank you
