Does the ScaleTrader algorithm support concurrent, overlapping scale orders for the same symbol? Specifically, if I have two TSLA scale orders with different price ranges ($355–$415 and $385–$445) that both utilize the ‘Restore Size after Profit Taking’ feature (both are set to ‘Restore Size’ and have a $2.00 profit offset), will the system manage these as independent logic streams, or will the overlapping price points cause execution interference or order rejection? 2. In ScaleTrader, what is the functional difference between the GTC and Overnight + Day Time-in-Force (TIF) settings? I noticed that GTC orders don’t seem to execute during the 8:00 PM – 3:50 AM overnight session. Does the Overnight + Day TIF expire after a single 24-hour cycle, or can it be set to repeat like a GTC order?

Hi Rick, thank you for reaching out. Please use TWS Classic or Mosaic. You can accomplish this by creating a custom layout. Please view this FAQ for more information: https://arclightcapital.cc/faq?id=60333654

If I don’t want to buy in as the price rises, I don’t have to. But, I could if I multiple indicators show that the price trend is strongly upward. Could I add a stop loss if the trend turns and I want to exit the trade by selling all shares?

Like I always want to by any number of stocks but cost total is $100 on every step? That way, On higher price I might be able to by 10 stocks but as price goes lower I will buy more than 10, can even reach to 100, based on config.
